  6. This is part of the new rtgmaster release V22.0. rtgmaster is a library system to make
  7. GFX Board Compatible Game Coding easy. It supports :
  8.  
  9. - Direct Access to the Video RAM
  10. - With some effort the code even runs on ECS/AGA (through c2p)
  11. - Supports nearly all WB Emulations
  12. - And much more
  13.  
  14. This part of the archive is for the user. It contains Binaries and Demos.
  15.  
  16. The other rtgmaster archives are rtgmaster_user.lha and rtgmaster_dev.lha. The
  17. Driver Archive contains the Binaries and an Example Driver that can be used to
  18. add GFX Board Support to a game without knowing something about Library/OS 
  19. Coding, the Developper Archive contains Autodocs
  20. and Includes for the library itself.

  23. V21 changes:

  25. - Important rtgCGX.library bugfix for 15/16/24 Bit Screens (there is not yet
  26.   a program using rtgmaster in Truecolor mode, though, most games are these
  27.   days still 8 Bit, if not to say all)
  28. - Workaround for CyberGraphX V41 R55 Bug concerning WaitBOVP. Doublebuffering
  29.   will now work with the buggy CyberGraphX Version again. (Bugreport already
  30.   sent).
  31. - Installer script finally fixed.

  37. New in this version (also called V22, sorry :) ) :

  39. - Problems with CopyRtgPixelArray call and Cybervision64 Board should now
  40.   finally be fixed (so Tiny3D should now work on the CV64 also)

  43. IMPORTANT NOTE:
  44.  
  45. To create the original installer script i used files that i found in a file
  46. called inst_ex.lha containing installer script examples "for your usage" from
  47. a BBS. It seems that the guy who created this archive broke copyright and stole
  48. code from some installer scripts of Commercial Software, including for sure
  49. the CyberGraphX installer. I was contacted by Robert C.Reiswig because of that.
  50. I documented what happened in the rtgmaster docs and removed the scripts in
  51. question completely. I rewrote them now, without using the doubtful
  52. inst_ex.lha material. If someone wants to flame someone, not i am the person
  53. responsible. Until some days ago, i did not even KNOW that i used material
  54. by Robert C. Reiswig (like i also explained him). The guy who put together
  55. this inst_ex.lha appearently removed all copyright lines... well, with V21
  56. all doubtful material is removed from the rtgmaster archives !!!
